Captions on image gallery photos

I'd like to be able to add captions to individual photos within an image gallery. Right now I can add one caption for the whole gallery, but I'd prefer if when you clicked to enlarge individual photos within the gallery it allowed for a photo-specific caption.

We have a design for this and hope to work on it for release later this year.

The ability to add captions to individual images within a gallery was added in Nov 2024. For more, see What's new in ArcGIS StoryMaps (November 2024)
