Story Map with Polylines or Polygones

Hello, is it possible to build a story map not only with a layer of points, but also with polylines and polygones layers ?
This will be better for the extents, scales and symbologies.

While you currently need to build a Map Tour with a point layer, you can add layers to your web map (which can be polygon or line layers).

It's all very well showing polygon layer on the map of the story map ... but what we really need is to be able to have a record in the story map relating to each of the polygons and have it zoom and highlight the one that it is currently looking at.
