Adjusting features

Hi,

Is there any tool that can adjust one layer to other automatically? I need something like spatial adjustment but I don't want to mark every link manually.

In addition - this tools should sometimes add a vertex to the green polygon in order to snap to every vertex of red one properly.

I tried "Integrate" tool but I don't want to change the red layer and I have problems with choosing the right discance value.

Do you have any ideas?

I do not have the license for Topology, but there is a tool called Align Edge which should do what you want.

Topology has the important ability to give a layer higher priority than another (as described in the Integrate help).

Another approach to think about would be a Geoprocessing approach, for example, buffer the green feature class and then erase the red feature class from it to make things line up.
