topic Applying identical point densities to neighboring grid cells in ArcGIS Spatial Analyst Questions

I have a series of point densities (animal sightings) and want these densities to apply to all neighboring cells in a raster grid within 2.5 km. I have run point density in spatial analysis but this is not giving me the desired output. I want the exact densities to apply, not a relative magnitude.
