Based on the help, the information for slope and aspect must be added to the individual points in the locations file. So add the values to that feature like you would for the viewshed into the input file.

Hey,

within the "Points Solar Radiation"-Tool I want to use the topographic parameter slope and aspect from points table ("Topographic parameters -> Slope and aspect input type -> FROM_POINTS_TABLE").
How do I manage that the analysis is using the information from points attribute table? How does the tool select the right values (for slope and aspect) from the table? Do I need to create a special table or something else like specific table-rows?
