Creating Landuse Maps

Hello,

I have landuse data with 10 year intervals and I want to create maps for every year without having specific data for every year. So for example I have a map from 1900 and another from 1910, I want to create maps for the years 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904,... but just with the data from 1900 and 1910. It is rasta data so I guess a good idea would be to identificate all rastas that have changed between 1900 and 1910 and then try to distribute them evenly for every year, but I am not sure if or how this could be possible with ArcGis.

Thanks for the help
