I now have country-level values for most of the countries but for countries that had missing raster values I have null values. I want to fill the missing values by using the values from nearby countries in the feature layer. Is there a way to do this at the feature layer level or do I need to go back and interpolate with the rasters before using map algebra? I know how to interpolate the rasters but would prefer interpolating using the values from the feature layer if possible.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>Thank you for your help!
