The ordinal data set is of priorites in our County. For example, we asked residents to rank a list of priorities on a scale of 1 to 10, to test some analysis work I would like to start with Fire prevention. Fire prevention was ranked on this scale and all data has x,y coordinates to it. Therefore, I can gain a sense of where in the county fire was ranked and how it ranked on the scale. </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>My question is, what is the most approprite tool(s) to use for ordinal data type analysis?
