      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Answered my own question.&amp;nbsp; Used Windows Control Panel, Programs and Features, to "repair" ArcGIS.&amp;nbsp; Combine works great now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Jim Seaman&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
