    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello all,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to merge two precipitation rasters that do not overlap.&amp;nbsp; I have one degree area between the two grids that I am missing.&amp;nbsp; I would like to merge these grids and have missing area be interpolated in order to have a smooth transition between the grids. Is there a good tool to do this? I appreciate your help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You could try Mosaic to New Raster and afterwards do Interpolation with the Focal Statistic Tool. But 1 degree is a pretty huge gap.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;one degree is 111 km at the equator, do not interpolate to fill the gap, the results will be meaningless&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
