.ecd files are not created when tools run successfully

All Train Classifier tools in Segmentation and Classification toolbox shows ecd files was successfully created when I used them. When I went to output data folder, file is not there. What could be the problem?

did you search .ecd using windows file explorer, just to make sure that they didn't go astray

Yes, I did . Only Train Iso Cluster tools produces ecd file in a location I indicated.

MLC , SVM and Random Trees are not producing any ecd file even though I get green check after running the tool. I checked many folders under appdata rooming esri , but cant find them.

Ok, at least one did... I would have to check the others to see their requirements. You might too since I don't know what your rasters are

I am using a PCA tool result of 3 bands 8 bit depth image. I dont think the problem stems from the raster file.
