I would like to interpolate the data into 60ft grid cells, and then convert the resulting raster into polygons. Each 60ft cell needs to have it's own unique ID and value. I have attached a screenshot of how it looks in the agriculture specific software (on the left) and my attempting result in ArcMap (on the right). Even though I set the height and width of the cell size to be 60ft, it still gives me the contoured look.
