    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a single polygon layer that I am laying over another multiple polygon layer (in this case, census blocks).&amp;nbsp; Is there a way to calculate the percentage that the polygon overlays each census block and then multiply that number to all of the data associated with the census block.&amp;nbsp; I am using Spatial Analyst and arc view 9.3.1&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
