I would want to create 'Zones or Clusters' that would reflect a specific number of people for example, 'a zone with 1000 people'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea how to do this in ArcGIS Desktop 10.2?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
