I have a file of x, y co-ords of different species in Great Britain. What I want to do is overlay a grid on top of this data and join it with data points (which i did using the update for Hawths tools, GME and 'genvecgrid' see attached thumbnail) and for each square, find the predominating species. This is where i'm stuck. I think I could use Block Statistics for this analysis but i'm not sure what I need to do to my current file to get it working.
