For this I have created two point feature shapefiles using the corresponding two datasets. Now, to get the distance between the points, I have used the point distance tool under Analysis Tools&gt;Proximity Analysis. However, for some reason the process is failing is failing. I have defined the coordinate system for the point features as a projected coordinated system (UTM NAD 1983 17N). </SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>The specific error was 999999 which was error in executing the function. Can someone please suggest a solution for this issue.</SPAN><BR /><BR /><SPAN>PS: There is no specific sub forum for Analysis tools.
