I think the tool ignores stacked points so may be this is reducing your dataset to less than 10?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also (not sure about this) may be you have set the output cellsize tool large and eveything falls within one cell?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Duncan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm using spatial analyst Natural Neighbor in Arcview 10.0, and every time I get the error above. I use many different data sources, with at least 10 points, this always worked before.. any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
