    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Pascal,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lowest Postion describes the position of the inputs with the lowest value, hence order of inputs is relevant.&amp;nbsp; What you want is Cell Statistics with the Minimum statistic type.&amp;nbsp; Order of inputs is irrelevant and calculates the minimum (smallest value) of the inputs.&amp;nbsp; There is no need to have Min and Cell Statistics with the Min option since they are essentially the same.&amp;nbsp; The toolset was cleaned up in 10.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/Cell_Statistics/009z0000007q000000/"&gt;Cell Statistics &lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Eric&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Min function in Raster Calculator</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Min function seems not work on 10 like it was on 9.3&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;min("a", "b") lead to an 000539 error.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Same rasters on 9.3 give good results.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any idea ??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Pascal&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;While you may have "cleaned up" the toolset, taking out the GRID functionality from raster calculator is a huge step back in the wrong direction.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
