Hi there,

I'm having an issue where the full range of raster values calculated using statistics (seen under properties, source) does not seem to be used in the Reclassify tool's Classification dialog and calculations. My raster should have values from 0 through 29.778252, but the reclassify tool wants to use 29.545609 as the top value.

I've tried re-calculating the raster statistics, changing the registry to have the histogram calculated using the full range (http://support.esri.com/en/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/35443), and fiddling with types of classification. The default of Natural Breaks seems to keep that top range intact initially (though the Classification Statistics still show a value lower than the top), but any changes to Classification method result in a different top value.

Is this an issue with precision (though I've tried changing the precision settings within Reclassify), issues with calculating the histogram, or something else?

Thanks for any help!
Eva
