Authorization problem "ArcGis 10 Desktop evaluation" for students

Hi,

I have just installed Arcview (single use) with the dvd that I got from my teacher, and I authorized it by uploading the authorize.txt to the Esri-site. After downloading the file, I choose the "have received authorization file" option. It appeared to install successfully but when I start ArcMap 10, it tells me that it hasn't been authorized. I have tried it one more time, but the EVA-code can only be used once. The extra evaluations that I choose (3D-analyst, Spatial analyst, etc.) are licensed when I look at the schedule. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Robert,

Set the seat license type radio button to ArcInfo (Single Use) rather than ArcView (Single Use), from the ArcGIS Administrator --> Desktop configuration panel.
