Finding percent cover of classes within a polygon

Hello,

I am having trouble right now with calculating percent cover of each of my classes within a polygon. My goal is to find NonBrush, Coyote Brush, and Juncus cover within my quarter acre polygon. I have a File Geodatabase Raster that has those three classes and it aligns very well with the imagery so I know the classifications are semi on point. I want to know how much of a percentage each class has within the quarter acre polygon. Is there a workflow that would be able to help with this?

even though you have one zone (polygon) and 3 categories in the other raster
