Re-opening Suitability Model With Mask loses all parameters

I have noticed that when a mask is set on my suitability modeler, I lose all my settings when I re-open the modeler.

Even the suitability group layer in the TOC is missing all transformed layers as well as the original layers. When I create a suitability model without a mask, I am able to save and reopen it, maintaining all my parameters. Has anyone been able to persist settings with a modeler that has a mask set?

I followed all the recommendations in this post to no avail https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-spatial-analyst-questions/re-opening-suitability-model/td-p/1156926.

I am using Pro 3.2.

I ran the 'run suitability at full resolution' button.

As you can see below, everything resets to defaults.
