Build topology between sub basins from Watershed function

Hi Everyone

I provided pourpoints and flow direction dataset to the Watershed function, and then I got the subbasins in the watershed.

I know we could use StreamLink function to get topology between stream segments.

Is there a way to get topology between subbasins from the Watershed function?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
