I am trying to see how land use cover affects the community assemblages of macroinvertebrates in streams. According to the literature, there should be less species richness and diversity in streams near urban areas.&nbsp;</P><P>I am currently doing a hot spot analysis, which will give me the stats and such. But won't that just tell me that the cluster of X species in the northern part of the state is significant?
