topic Difference between Viewshed and Visibility in ArcGIS Spatial Analyst Questions

I am looking for some kind of comparison between gp tool Visibility and Viewshed.

They looks very similar. Visibility can get parameters that must be saved into the observer layer but other then that I do not see any differences.

Is there any different? Which one is quicker?

Thanks

Mody
