Extract point features that intersect with raster flood data

Using Desktop 10.7.1 and Spatial Analyst extension. I am trying to use a point feature (representing poultry barns) and raster flood data with values of 0 & 1 (1=floodplain). I wanted to see which barns fall within the floodplain so I tried to convert the raster to a polygon with no luck. Is there a way to accomplish this by some other means? I'd like to be able to extract the intersecting point features to a new shapefile.

Extract Values to Points (Spatial Analyst)

Then use Definition Query on the output layer to filter the points where <Attribute Value>=1
