I have a vector layer of water which has inundated the nearby population. I have another layer of basemap which has all the parcels mapped. I have a field in my basemap layer by the name of Percentage. I want to calculate the amount of Area covered by water in percentage of each parcel. Like some parcels may be completely inundated thus having a percentage of 100%. Some others may be 60% inundated, some may be only 10%. I need to device a method to calculate these percentages periodically after every 15 days.
