Is ArcGIS installed in the default directory? What bout the workspace default path? C:\Workspace? Any spaces in the path name might cause a problem. (Provided you are using the mentioned function from the Spatial Analyst menu)&nbsp; Does this also happen when you use the toolbox functions/command line? What's your Operating Systems?
