I'm hoping for some help creating a new tool. I would like to have a button that will open a access database and using the identified parcel copy the PIN and search the access database for that PIN.

If I identify a parcel and have the identify box open and click this button it would need to be able to open the access database and open the find tool and pasty the PIN in to the find box from arc and find the correct line.

Has anyone ever done anything like this or can someone point me in the right direction.

Python Toolbox. I've been using Arc map for a few years, just doing editing and analyst. I started learning VB, and then everything started moving to python. So any advice would be very helpful.
