    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I am trying to open Business Analyst MXD after installing the software, attached error message is coming and am not able to complete the configuration and use the application. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the priviliges or with the installation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried re-installing the application but no success. Kindly advice.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steps Followed during installation:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. ArcGIS Desktop + SP1 + SP2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2.
