Desire Lines Error

Every time I try to create drive distance desire lines in BA 10
I get an error message "Error While Executing DesireLines Builder."
However, I am able to create straight line distance desire lines.
Any suggestions?

First I would suggest testing Create Spider Diagrams (Desire Lines) using the sf_stores and sf_custs tutorial data (by using Store and Customer setup respectively and will be located at C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\US\Datasets\Tutorial). If this fails also then you might have an issue with the install.

Over the years I have found that when using the drive time or drive distance option with Desire Lines that it can fail due to the input point features especially if there are a lot of records but it is dependent on the system so there is no hard and fast limit/rule. What is the size of the data that you are working with?

Having the same thing happen too. For me this has started since the latest 2012/17 update.
