Batch Watershed Delineation to Points

Hi all,

I am trying to ultimately delineate watersheds from single points, but in a batch process through Model Builder. I have about 3300 data points that are taken from all across North Carolina and I want to show the watershed area that drains to that single point, essentially having 3300 separate polygons. From there, I want to add land cover/land use and see what could be contributing to the quality of the water.

I don't have access to Arc Hydro, so I've been working with Spatial Analyst.

Has anyone else done something like this before? I'm curious as to the steps you've gone through and what your end result looks like. I have a result but I don't know if it's the best possible.
