Tree Management Solution failed to deploy

Hello,

I require some help with the deployment of the Tree management solution. I successfully deployed the solution last week and it could be found in my ArcGIS solutions page. However I then deleted some files accidently and decided the best route to fix this would be to delete all of the related files and redeploy. Since undertaking this path I now get the error "Tree management failed to deploy". Despite the solution not showing in my ArcGIS solutions page, it does add all of the files back into my online portal, however there seems to be a disconnect when trying to use the solution. For example when a request is made , then selected in the tree management centre and an assignment is then created and deployed /completed in workforce for the request it is not updating the original request when complete.

My thoughts are that the removing of files and then trying to redeploy could be the issue with the disconnect.

Hi @ThomasKelly1 - a couple questions...

1) How did you delete the items (files)? Are any deleted items still in the recycle bin?

2) Are there any remaining Tree Management items still in your content? Can you check for any Tree Management related groups still leftover?

Thank you for your response. Yes i have been through and deleted anything related to the solution. Even the files that were locked , I unlocked deleted and then deleted all from the recycling bin.

Could you try deploying again with Developer Tools open and see if any errors appear under Console/Network when you click Deploy Now?

Also, you mentioned you deleted the items, but did you also make sure to delete the groups associated with the solution? There are 5 groups created when you deploy Tree Management. If those are still hanging around, those can also cause issues with deploying the solution again.

It was the groups , I had not deleted these. I have now and the solution deployed.
