topic Capital Project Coordination Solution (Non-Standard Fiscal Year) in ArcGIS Solutions Questions

I was wondering if anyone else using the CPC solution uses non-standard fiscal years? For example, our organization's fiscal year runs from Oct-Sept meaning the "year" is technically spanning two years. For the solution, fiscal year "displayYears" for the gantt chart in the CPC dashboard is coded for quarters that seems to be dependent on using a year and not a text hyphenated as years. Before I continue to configure, I was wondering if anyone from the solutions team had a workaround or if there are other components that won't support a non-standard year. The easiest solution would be changing the display name versus the coded name, but the quarters would not reflect the non-standard fiscal year we follow.

Any experience or direction would be appreciated!

EDIT: Also, do you feel the need to have the Gantt chart follow your fiscal year at all?

Hi Leah,

When designing the gannt chart for Capital Project Coordination, we did not consider non standard fiscal years.

That being said, the GIS Request Management solution also uses a gantt chart which focuses instead on individual months instead of quarters.

You could easily lift the expression from this solution and give it a shot if months seems a little more like what you'd need.

Andy

I'll check it out, and thanks again for providing an almost effortless adjustment to fits our needs.
