    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have built a Network Dataset based on the Illinois DOT all roads shapefile.&lt;BR /&gt;I have created a point file of central offices and a point file of potential subscriber locations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the COs is ignored entirely, and another is only used for three subscriber locations. I assure you that three is severely undercounted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I output some diagnostic information, but I get a bunch of information that I don't know how to load. The files I've opened are binary, not a plain text files I'm used to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I'm using Network Path Planner&amp;nbsp;2.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am seeing a similar problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a Network Dataset from a portion of the Streetmap Premium data, network locations based on existing network enclosures and target addresses to service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Pathplanner fails to generate routes for roughly 15% of the targets.&amp;nbsp; The Network Dataset appears to show roads (paths) from the unsupported targets to near enclosures.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Similarly to Mike's results, other targets have paths which route to distant network locations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Eric,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you create your own network dataset? If so something we've seen when a many target sites are not routed to is that the network dataset needs to change the connectivity model (midspan connectivity) or split lines.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen results greatly improved by splitting the lines. Of course depending on the dataset size this can take a bit of work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To split the lines you can do the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Use the Pairwise Intersect tool&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Input Feature - Streets&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Output type - Point&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use the Split Line at Point tool&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Input - Streets&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Point Feature - Results from running the Pairwise Intersect tool&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Set a default radius (this improves the time it takes to run)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Rebuild you network dataset with the newly split lines.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
