Mosquito solution missing web application for larvicide reporting

Hello. I am setting up the three (3) Mosquito solutions (Service Requests, Surveillance, and Treatments) for use by our city staff and have found that the existing Mosquito Larvicide Reporting application in the Mosquito Treatment solution will best suit our needs for testing in-office data entry. However, it seems to be a web map with no web application. It seems odd, as the most of the other web maps spread across the 3 Mosquito solutions have web applications as well, but nothing for Larvicide Reporting. Am I missing something or is this something that Esri will address in the future? Just for reference, we will start working with Larvicide Reporting as we will not be launching the request portion until later in the year.

@KRubalcaba, Mosquito Larvicide Reporting is intended to be used in the field using ArcGIS Field Maps. This is why there is only a web map and no app. You will open the web map directly in the the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app. Below is the documentation on this workflow:
