    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new to the forums and and to arc. I am hoping you guys could help me out with my scaling problem in arc desktop basic.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Justin,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think you can change your Geographic Coordinate System as &lt;STRONG&gt;GCS_WGS_1984.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine as follows,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Geographic Coordinate System:&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;GCS_WGS_1984&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Datum:&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;D_WGS_1984&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Prime Meridian:&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Greenwich&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Angular Unit:&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Degree&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I have measured as which area you mention above and I have attached for you reference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
