Create replica internal error - Unable to Download Map Offline Collector App

Hi there,

I have been having mixed results downloading maps for offline use. I've gone through ESRI's help guides to no avail.

On the map I have:

Property boundary layer - feature service

Photos point layer - feature service

Roads line layer - feature service

The map has been offline enabled.

Here is the error message:

"Map Download Failed - Unable to download the map. Unable to create replica. Please check your parameters. create replica internal error. "

Any thoughts?
