I require an API that supports an offline street basemap for an entire US state similar to what Bing or ArcGIS Online world street map would provide for the current Silverlight and WPF API online maps. Right now the only option I have come up with is ArcGIS Mobile SDK for WPF using the ESRI StreetMap Premium for Mobile basemap. Will the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF be able to read .navmap files? If not, can I create a Tile Package using StreetMap for Mobile data? How about a Tile Package using Bing or ArcGIS online street maps (seems like a license violation)? Any advice or other options would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian

Thanks. My question was from two years ago when the WPF runtime was first released without the ability to use the ESRI basemaps for export. It is great that that the export option is available now for some ESRI basemaps as long as you use them within ESRI software.
