    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Could and should I run ArcGIS Pre-release next to ArcGIS Runtime BETA 2 ? because the licenses for Desktop, etc will expire the beginning of April and the Pre-release of Runtime will be probably released after that date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
