    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a BalloonCallout available in ArcGIS API for WPF?&amp;nbsp; I know that a BalloonCalloutClass exists in the ArcGIS desktop SDK.&amp;nbsp; I need something like this where I can set the anchor at one position and the text at another position.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I know the InfoWindow exists, but this class does not allow me to reposition the comment.&amp;nbsp; The comment is always centered on top of the anchor position, so if the text is hidding information, I can not move it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
