ArcGis Runtime for WPF and Geoserver Tile Layer

Hi all,

I have a map hosted on Geoserver. It is seeding using the Tile Layer.

However, when I tried to access the url using ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer or ArcGISDynamicMapServiceLayer, I get an error

the error is

"There was an error deserializing the object of type ESRI.ArcGIS.Client.Services.MapServiceInfo. Encountered unexpected character '<'."

Any idea how to solve the issue?
