      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am adding an existing feature layer which its renderer contains PictureMarkerSymbol symbols.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How do i scale the symbol pictures according to map zoom in/out?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
