    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The ArcGIS WPF API will not be replaced by the runtime in that sense.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Runtime SDK will use the WPF API and extend on top of it. In the future (v3.0+), the WPF API will only be distributed with the Runtime SDK, but it's still the exact same WPF API you have come to know and love &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; We will just package it a little different.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
