Cannot download ArcGIS World Imagery data for offline usage

We used to download imagery data to our local directories for offline usage via QGIS application. We were using the below link for image export.

https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer

However this is not working lately, giving SSL errors. Is there an alternative or am I missing something?

This service doesn't directly support Export Tiles endpoint. We have a specific service item in ArcGIS Online for exporting. Note that you will need to use an ArcGIS subscription login for this, although it doesn't consume credits. https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=226d23f076da478bba4589e7eae95952
