Regarding Mil2525D Symbology

We are working on Mil2525D symbology in ArcGIS Qt 100.0. In earlier version of Arc GIS Qt SDK 10.2.6 we have sample application of how sic code is formed. In new version how key code is framed. Is there any documentation available to understand this. Our requirement is to make a symbol picker application to draw mil2525d symbology. This symbol picker sample is there in earlier version of runtime.

Here is the official MIL-STD-2525D documentation - http://www.dtic.mil/doctrine/doctrine/other/ms_2525d.pdf

Note that 2525D symbols are made up of a combination of fields, versus one field (like 2525C and "sic" field). However, there is a "sidc" field in 2525D that can be used similarly to "sic" in 2525C.

Thanks for the link which is very useful. I am able to draw MIL 2525D symbol. How to draw old Mil2525C symbol which does not have entity type/ symbol set like mil2525D symbol?

To draw using Mil2525C, you just use the sic code like you did with the 10.2.6 release. We now support Mil2525b (change 2), Mil2525c, and Mil2525d. Please see the doc for DictionarySymbolStyle - DictionarySymbolStyle Class | ArcGISQtCpp 100.0

You specify the spec you want to use in the constructor, as well as the path to the appropriate style file.
