      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the Esri Staff, the Quartz release for Java should be available in November this year....I do agree, such a big delay is more than disappointing.
