how to move layer to dataset in arcgis sde 10.0 (java)

I have got two days did not find the answer.

I want to move layer to the one dataset by ArcGIS SDE 10.0, but faliure.
I know that if i use ArcGIS object ,it can be operate successfully, but we do not use arcgis object.

[COLOR="#FF0000"]or create layer in one dataset

can you help me.
