I want to know if I use web adf for java I can use in this case apis for flex

and if this is not the case how can I use flex with java in eclipse and thank you

We are generally encouraging developers to move away from Web ADF development as there are improved web API platforms out there which scale better and give you access to the latest ESRI developments.

I'm not really the right person to advise on IDEs for Java development on web ADF, but this page should give some ideas:
