      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi All,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am very new to ESRI tools and need help. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are reviewing options for a web based map application with the features below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;a) Multiple users with different view of the map for each user based on the users location&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;b) To show shape files specific to the user that logs in and selects.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;c) Capabilities for editing shape files (points/lines/polygon).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;d) Java API's to support development of additional features.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does any of ArcIMS / ArcGIS server (online) support these?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any answer or direction is greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
